I thoroughly enjoyed Jenny's help at our recent board retreat. She helped us organize our goals and priorities and gave us tools for further development.

Jenny has given each of our committees excellent direction and facilitated significant advancement in their policies and planning. As co-chair of governance, having Jenny guide me through our projects has focused the work I do for CDCVAS on what matters most.

As past president of CDCVAS, I saw a broken system around our Executive Director's annual review — five years had gone by without one. Jenny understood the problem, drafted the policies, and built a plan that allows changing board leadership to conduct reviews without fail. We've just completed the third rating period with far more accountability and consistency.

Jenny has been sharing her experience and nonprofit management expertise with me as a new executive director. With her help we've updated our bylaws, policies, and procedures, and improved our strategies for board recruitment and development. She is a trusted sounding board and mentor.

The team helped us write a tremendous grant that will fund our organization for the next three years. It will allow us to grow and reach more people in our community with legal aid services — something I don't believe we could have done without their experience.

Practical, warm, and genuinely on our side. Working with this team made hard decisions feel doable and reminded our board why we started this work in the first place.
