David Barshes is an instructional designer and eLearning developer with a passion for teaching, learning, and creating engaging training experiences. With a career that began in the classroom, David honed his skills in student engagement, lesson planning, and assessment before moving into instructional design and educational leadership. He later served as Campus President at Charter College in East Wenatchee, overseeing admissions, retention, and compliance, while also teaching and mentoring students.

Today, David designs and develops customized online courses and trainings for government, corporate, healthcare, and education sectors. His expertise spans software and IT training, HR and soft skills, safety and compliance, and K-12 academics. He is skilled in tools such as Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia, and ensures all eLearning solutions meet accessibility standards (508/WCAG 2.0). Known for his collaborative approach, David takes time to understand client needs before delivering practical, effective, and interactive learning experiences.
