Jenny Pratt is a dedicated nonprofit executive and consultant with more than 20 years of leadership experience. As the longtime Executive Director and CEO of YWCA North Central Washington, she led transformative initiatives focused on eliminating racism, advancing racial justice, and empowering marginalized communities. Jenny’s leadership included developing tailored racial justice programs, building inclusive recruitment systems for boards and staff, and forging partnerships that expanded access to services in areas such as poverty, addiction, mental health, and legal support.
As Principal Consultant for Helping Nonprofits Thrive, Jenny now draws on her extensive experience to support organizations in building sustainable systems that align with their mission, vision, and values. Her expertise spans organizational development, board development, executive coaching and reviews, strategic planning, crisis management, and nonprofit operations.
Under Jenny’s leadership, Helping Nonprofits Thrive has expanded to include a team of highly skilled senior consultants, each bringing specialized expertise to meet the unique needs of nonprofit clients. Beyond her professional work, Jenny enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, spending time camping, hiking, and boating, and cherishing moments with her three grown children and four grandsons.
